Outlook → Salesforce
Outlook doesn't log email to Salesforce on its own, so reps forget and the record goes quiet. Bridge Hound reads each rep's sent and received mail and logs it on the matching Contact or Lead as an email activity they own. No add-in, no BCC address, no clicking “Log email”.
The first person from your company becomes the workspace admin. Everyone else from the same Microsoft 365 organisation joins the same workspace.
With a dedicated integration user, so no rep's personal Salesforce login is involved and nothing breaks when people leave.
Opt-in, per person. From that moment on, email with anyone in Salesforce shows up on their record within a few minutes.
Email you send to, or get from, a Salesforce Contact (or a Lead, when there's no Contact). Sent and received. Every outside person on the email who's in Salesforce gets it on their record, once.
People who aren't in Salesforce (nothing is created), internal-only mail, meeting invites, automatic replies, no-reply senders, and bulk mail to more than 20 outside addresses.
Anything you mark Private or Confidential in Outlook, or give the category “Private” or “Don't log”. And nothing from before you turned logging on, or from while it was paused.
The message goes to Salesforce; Bridge Hound keeps only the subject, the addresses and what happened, so you can see what was logged. Attachments are listed by name, not uploaded.
